Zac, that's not how Wine works.  msdn is not the be-all end-all concerning our
implementation.  If an app depends on an undefined behavior, we add a test case
and implement it.  Sam needs to add a unit test to our test suite, and assuming
it passes on most versions of Windows, we'll fix it.
