My videodrivers are installed fine. I can use D3D in any application with
perfect fps. 

Also, did you read that removing a soundcard helped and fixed it? Doesn't this
give you a hint that it isn't the videodrivers?

Why is this NOT a wine problem when it ONLY happens with wine?
