Geometry rendering error

Wine 0.9.50 - Guildwars often renders models incorrectly.  It looks like some
of the vertices have invalid (possibly un-initialized) positions, which causes
polys to render with one or more of their position coordinates with
unreasonable values.  

I am using an Nvidia Geforce 7600 GT, so contrary to earlier reports, this is
not an ATI specific issue.
