I haven't got there - let alone got NWN2 to play without graphical errors, but
did you try the advice at http://nwn2.wikia.com/wiki/Troubleshooting ?
I think section 4 and 10 are of intrest (Crash on transition & Game
crashes/hangs after finishing Jerro Haven)
