Update wine v. 0.9.51.
Wipe .wine folder.

First I installed msixml3 sp7. Also I made wine install gecko engine.

I repeated the same operation. Now the result with msxml3 native is a popup
warning that says "Connection error. Could not send XML message!" (from hotmail
plugin.)
