[Alt]+mouse doesn't work for me. To clarify, [Alt]+mouse does let me move the
screen around, but whenever i let go of the mouse button the window jumps back
to its previous position anchored in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

Since the actual position of the cursor is above where steam thinks it is, I
can't grab the title bar at the top of the window and so I can't figure out a
way to relocate the window.
