Sameple test program to return CD-ROM SCSI information

If you think that you can use any msdn examples as-is and expect them to work -
you are nuts!
Here is the example of how it _REALLY WORKS_ and been working for past 5 years
at least (if not more).

The part that you don't get is that you have to have access to the device
(which you apparently don't have).
