Log as appears on the console

I have transferred the 1.0 version of the Palm desktop (windows 3.1) to Wine.
The desktop itself works fine, after setting Windows 3.1 emulation.
The hotsync manager starts well, after setting Windows 3.1 emulation.
Hotsync starts connecting to the Palm. Just after first contact. the hotsync
program stops, wile the attached trace.

I have tried to copy the version of msvcrt40.dll that is present on my Windows
3.1 machine to ~/.wine/drive_c/windows/system/, and tried to set
WINEDLLOVERRIDES="msvcrt40.dll=n"
Neither changed the output.
Now I'm out of knowledge on Wine.
