Well it's certainly an improvement. The ddraw portion in the center is still
missing:

If I move the window to the upper left corner of the screen then I can see part
of it:

Also, note the white rectangle at the top. This is supposed to be white text
over the background image. I believe that SetBkMode(hDC, TRANSPARENT) isn't
being honored (at least for memory DCs) but that's another issue.
