[Bug 7506] ftp to remote server does short writes

I forgot to mention that the source for  qftp.exe client is available at:

http://www.nbpfaus.net/~pfau/ftplib/ftplib-3.1-1.zip

Look in winnt folder (binaries are in winnt/release, er winnt\release).
