This is not related to SHGetIconOverlayIndexA being unimplemented (doesn't get
called before the crash). 

The application crashes in sfl.dll at 

:1000B18A 2B4D28                  sub ecx, dword[ebp+28]

with ebp being 0 (the exception is caught and some stuff written to error.log).
Relay log doesn't seem to provide any clue...
