I sent in a patch a while ago to beryl to fix this issue.  However, my patch may
have been broken.  Get a recent beryl and open up "Beryl Settings Manager." 
>From here, go to "General Options" and "Advanced."  Go to the bottom and check,
"Enable workarounds for certain Wine and legacy windows."  Let me know if this
works.  If not, I will probably send off another patch to the Beryl folk.
