>From what I'm reading, I would guess that the Geforce FX doesn't like the
glCopyTexImage2D call on NPOT textures (or not at all). Does killing the
depth_blt call make any difference? Setting the filtering in depth_copy is
pretty much required to make things work at all, so it's not that surprising
that it makes things faster while breaking things.
