'Unable to get ShortPath size' is a message for developers that really doesn't
mean much anymore; it's certainly not a bug.  Someone went a little dup crazy on
this bug.  Read comment 12.

Nope.

Yes it is.  That's why we have a wine bugzilla standard of naming bug reports
after the problem, not what's causing the problem in the code.  Someone came
along and saw the same 'err:' message and marked all the bugs as dup's when
they're more than likely not dup's.
