Wow, there's been a lot of progress in wine!  Today compiling a vb program
only outputs three fixmes:

fixme:ole:OLEPictureImpl_SaveAsFile (0x26fec90)->(0x1001c84, 0, (nil)), hacked stub.
fixme:typelib2:ctl2_alloc_custdata Unknown variable encoding vt 3.
fixme:typelib2:ICreateTypeLib2_fnSetHelpContext (0x26f4cf0,0), stub!

Changing component to OLE.
