Got lots of these(both arb and glsl):
fixme:d3d:state_fog Implement table fog for foggy vertex shader

The graphics looks good with arb but I get the same ugly models in some
cutscenes like Julian.
With GLSL, parts of the sky do disappear and the people are not drawn at all.
