I can confirm that I can reproduce this with this game:
http://new.bigbluecup.com/games.php?action=detail&id=817 (it's the smallest one
I have in my harddisk).

You'll need the attached configuration to test it (for some reason winsetup.exe
won't create a configuration from scratch and your screen might not support the
default resolution); place it in the game's directory.

I can also attach the game if you prefer. It's 1.3 MB bzipped.
