All applications fail to launch with mono 1.2.4. Mono searches for mscorlib.dll,
finds it, then attempts to load mscorlib.dll.dll & mscorlib.dll.dll.la, both of
which are not found.

Copying mscorlib.dll to mscorlib.dll.dll leads to a call to mscoree:_CorDllMain
stub call.
