[Bug 8599] New: ReBirth raises exception

When I run ReBirth (free download from http://www.rebirthmuseum.com/) it raises
exception 0xE06D7363 right after closing test messagebox (which tells you if
your machine is enough strong to run ReBirth). At that point, it is supposed to
show me a dialog for souncard configuration and open associated help file. The
help file opens, but the config dialog does not appear and the application
crashes. There is no useful information in the console. I tried different wine
versions between .17 and .38 as well as different sound configurations (in winecfg)
