[Bug 8718] New: Microsoft visual C++ express edition complains about BITS service

When I try to install MS visual c++ 2005 express edition, the installer
complains about the BITS service. After some research, I discovered that I need
an official version of windows to have it.

Actually, I can have it, but isn't it possible to do a fake BITS service for
those who can't ? (and avoid me to download it)
