from the shell, instead of running "wine program.exe", run
"WINEDEBUG=+relay,+computername wine program.exe". This will generate lots of
debugging data, so you'd want to actually run: "WINEDEBUG=+relay,+computername
wine program.exe 2> output.txt"

Then attach the output.txt to this bug report.
