[Bug 8247] NO CHAR FOR KEYSYM

[Angel Adolfo Parrales]

Upgraded to 0.9.36 and Still doesn't work.
Application is SAINT StratUp professional from 
http://www.saintnet.com/download.html
installer file is startup.exe, and application executable file is also 
named startup.exe
