"wineprefixcreate" - no effect.

"remove ~/.wine and reinstall picasa" - resolved the issue. BUT: that means the
user has to reinstall all the things he had in wine.
In fact Gutsy is replacing some values in wine I think because it opens the
default browser under KDE, and the brand new start(install) of wine 0.9.48
installs Mozilla Control instead. Maybe it is an Ubuntu specific problem.

If any of you need more debugging please let me know - I have the old ~/.wine
untouched for debugging purposes.
