Understood.  My programming skills are rudementary at best.  However, I do know
how to do Quality Assurance and should have attached the error message.  The
.tlb file is not installed, but with DCOM98 it is.  I agree the best way is to
fix COM but I think there are more pressing issues than this at the present
moment.
