The application requires communication with another OLE application
DbgListener.exe. PphED initiates the connection and communicates with the
DbgListener correctly and works perfectly until DbgListener terminates normally
during the end of the debug session.  At that point, it seems communication is
lost and both PhpED and DbgListener bounch into suspended animation (hang). 
Both processes must be killed.
