Here you can see when I am starting the repair function of dotnetfx.exe (was
previously partially installed on my old wineprefix).

On the right I set the error message with further details. Unfortunately, I
can't use the winedebug option to get more infos because otherwise I am
entering in a loop.

I hope with these informations you can see a bit more in the problem.
Note: using the function repair, I get 3 more lines further than my previous
error but it is stopping as well anyway. I can however help you to understand
what's behind the freezing point.
