still not working for me with .49.  i no longer have my cd's, and long ago
cancelled my live account, so i can't repatch to live to see if i can fix it
that way, so i'm waiting until i can manage to get some older cd's...  it could
be that somehow my executables or libraries are messed up and older versions of
wine aren't sensitive to it, nor is windows, but newer versions of wine are, i
suppose.
