No.
If you don't know how to use this command (and required parameters) I suggest
to either "man chmod" or consult the wikipedia:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chmod which has examples easily understandable
even for novice users.

If you forgot the default permissions look at the other harddisks/partitions by
using: "ls -la /dev/sd*" or (/dev/hd*) and adjust permissions accordingly
(probably brw-r-----).
