Source code from hotmail plugin

I try to use hotmail plugin in poptray. When Poptray check it hotmail, I get
warning "External exception E06D7363" and:

fixme:msxml:domdoc_QueryInterface interface
{00000126-0000-0000-c000-000000000046} not implemented
