I will try to do the regression testing. 
As for removing libwine, this is impossible, removing libwine removes wine
totally. It is possible to upgrade/downgrade libwine but not completely remove
it.
I will also *try* to compile 0.9.49 to test it.
This bug should not be marked as resolved yet because it isn't resolved.
"Unconfirmed" for 0.9.49 is more appropriate.
If someone has 0.9.49 working on their system, perhaps they could help by
testing Turbocad to see if it will open a file.
