Crossover Mac has it's own X11 environment - If you option + click on
CrossOver.app and go to CrossOver.app/Contents/SharedSupport/X11/lib, you'll
see that they ship with all the libs - X11, Mesa, GL, etc - that they need. 
I'm guessing that this was because in Tiger, X11 and the necessary things to
run it weren't installed by default and instead of requiring the user to
install extra, it was just shipped together.
