[Bug 10426] Starcraft sound other than music breaks in 0.9.49

This last part seems to be something to do with the CD-ROM playing up
(DriveReady SeekComplete ATAPI stuff).

Using a different Brood War disk, I am able to install Brood War and the code
works. However, this was using the locally compiled code, not the package
(.wine was created by the package).

So proceding with the original instructions, I remove .wine, make uninstall in
the source, apt-get install wine, and reinstall Starcraft and Brood War. This
works fine except that if I run it from the end of the (brood war) installer,
there is no sound. I am unable to replicate the original bug, sorry. :|
