I wrote a test for the 0^0 behavior of lit on windows, and software
vertexprocessing returns 0.0. Hardware VP returns 1.0 however. My driver(nvidia
100.14.19) on a geforce 7400 returns 1.0 as well. Since Windows behaves
differently from implementation to implementation games are unlikely to depend
on this. Propably what you see is a different bug?
