Installing "native" .net 2.0 and following focht's "howto" from bug #10467, the
application starts fine, and seems to be fully functional. Resolving as
duplicate.

Jimmy, for your info, i attach the howto below:

1. Install .net 2.0 (installer should finish fine in wine-0.9.49)

2. Copy the file l_intl.nls from a windows partition to
~/.wine/drive_c/windows/system32

3. Copy all fonts from a windows partition (from c:\WINDOWS\Fonts\) to
~/.wine/drive_c/windows/fonts

4. Apply the following patches and recompile wine:
