Command and Conquer 3 fails to launch - the splash shows up but then I get a
message box saying:

DirectX Error
Please make sure you have DirectX 9.0 or higher installed. Also verify
that your video card meets the minimum requirements, and that you do
not have hardware acceleration disabled in the Display control panel.

Graphics card is Quadro NVS 130 (Toshiba Tecra S5 laptop).
I copied the wine folder to my PC with GeForce 8800 GTX and it worked properly
there.
Tested on nvidia drivers 100.14.19, 100.14.23, and with wine .48, .49, git.
