Last 50,000 lines of trace+d3d output

Here's the last 50,000 lines of trace output from the 4.0GB File, including the
"err:d3d:IWineD3DDeviceImpl_SetLightEnable Too many concurrently active lights"
as well as plenty of lines preceding it...

Let me know if there's anything else you need such as more lines from the file.
 I'll keep the 4.0GB file for now just in case.  I've got plenty of space on my
hard drive. :)
