Sorry for the hostility, i thought you were the same as someone who was riding
me about posting the output in the bug report on a previouse post and I made
this one before he got to me to tell me not to post it in the original post.
I'm gonna try to be as clear as possible.

I moved my .wine foldier to .wine_backup. Then i ran a winecfg to get default
config back. I then installed the game under windows xp and attempted to run
it. Nothing happened. I installed the updates and tried to run it. Nothing
happened. I  added the no cd crack and tried to run it. Nothing happened. I
tried this process another 3 times to make sure that it would provide similar
results.

Now it is a valid bug as it happens with a "fresh" install of wine 0.9.49.

I am re-opening the bug, i hope my reasoning is correct and this is a valid
bug.
