this bug applies to the new Eve version which is in testing on the singularity
server
and then patched to the premium version which can be downloaded from the url
http://ccp.vo.llnwd.net/o2/test/eveclassictopremiumpatch44267_test.exe where
44267 is the current patch version

so basicly
- install EVE
- patch EVE to the Test server build

Singularity Patch"
- install the
http://ccp.vo.llnwd.net/o2/test/eveclassictopremiumpatch44267_test.exe (change
to the correct version)
