In Lithuanian locale (lth.nls) long date format defined this way:

LOCALE_SLONGDATE "yyyy 'm.' MMMM d 'd.'"

So datetime control should display it for example like this:

"2007 m. spalis 31 d."

But currently it is a mess:

"2007 27. spalis 31 31."
