OK, this time I could research better than yesterday when I wanted to submit
this bug.
Probably the DirectX function "SetCursorProperties" is used. In case of MOUL it
would be "IDirect3DDevice9Impl_SetCursorProperties" which calls
"IWineD3DDeviceImpl_SetCursorProperties" from /dlls/wined3d/device.c and
this is where some further debugging should be done.
