WinSock support for iocp (fixed)

Sebastian, please this patch instead, as my previous patch was somehow broken
(so use patch 8297 and this). Hopefully it will fix your issues. I'll send
first patch to wine-patches, second needs some work before it can be sent, and
I will wait for your confirmation just to make sure it is correct.
