Actually this turns out to be AcceptCredentialsHandle (i.e. the server side of
things), and only when winbindd is running. This is not really a supported
setup with samba 3.x, so I've fixed the ntlm.c code to handle not being able to
connect to the winbindd privileged pipe as an authentication failure.

Patch submitted.
