I can confirm in wine 0.9.47. FWIW, to reproduce:

Used virtual desktop, OSS sound, hardware/driver emulation for sound, no native
overrides.

Once the program launches, wasn't sure what to click. I used the top option,
then the top option again. >> Same crash as reporter.
