One problem per bug report. What is the problem when you start this application
besides an error message (what does it exactly say)? What is in the terminal
(attach as a file).

What is the program anyway?


For problem #2 - install wine_gecko - run 'wine iexplore http://winehq.org' and
click "install" when asked.
