I agree that this should be done, but the problem is that if we crash, we're
crashed... Doing anything after a crash is a bit tricky.

Maybe the DLL unload handler still runs after a crash, but I am not sure about
it. Furthermore doing anything with messed up data structures in the process
may be a bit tricky. Maybe it can be done in Wineserver, and I think that's
close to what Windows does.
