just for your info, it works fine if you do:

mkdir
~/.wine/drive_c/windows/winsxs/x86_microsoft.windows.common-controls_6595b64144ccf1df_6.0.0.0_none_deadbeef

copy native comctl32 into
~/.wine/drive_c/windows/winsxs/x86_microsoft.windows.common-controls_6595b64144ccf1df_6.0.0.0_none_deadbeef/

instead of into system32
