I've followed those steps, and I can't reproduce it here. Tried with both
virtual desktop, and managed. nVidia Geforce 8600 with the latest drivers.

It appears, though, that it's trying to call glFlush when there isn't a valid
context. Both traces have..

Can you paste a +wgl,+opengl log?
