Trace of wininet http test with WINEDEBUG="warn+heap,trace+wininet"

I noticed errors in the http test as well, and I'm not 100% sure that all of
them (especially "Test failed: expected status ...") are due to the network
interfaces being down.

Also obsoleting attachment #8860, I forgot to do that when creating the
previous attachment.
