I don't get this. What do you mean with that?, you always have some kind of
WINEPREFIX-directory.

>From your traces i saw your .wine is in /home/ubuntu. Is that also your
username (ubuntu)? (I ask because i sent a patch a few weeks ago, to set
%USERNAME%, to fix another bug in this serious sam installer)
