The message exactly says the following: "The application is trying to show an
HTML page. Wine needs Gecko (Mozilla HTML Engine) to be installed to show the
page. Click install if you want Wine to automatically download and install
Gecko."

Before installing the game, I removed ~/.wine.

Sorry for pasting the log, I actually though that it was a much shorter cut :/

My version of the game creates a shortcut saying "hl.exe -nomaster -game
cstrike". As starting it by this works fine on Windows, I though that I'd
better start it up like this with Wine.


I am getting the MOTD, which is blank, after starting a local server. This
happens to all maps.
